Call for donations for helping an ailing cancer patient

This is a call regarding the financial support of Ms. Raheela. Ms. Raheela, a mother of two young girls and a housewife from Karachi, has  been diagnosed with cancer (critical level). Her husband, Sohail Ahmed, is the sole earner of the family working at on a very nominal salary of mere 20,000 PKR;  7,000 PKR from this amount is just being paid for house rent.

After being diagnosed with breast cancer, Ms Raheela relocated to Islamabad to live with her parents and continue her treatment. Everyone who could support her financially did their best to help her to get the chemotherapy done. Till today 3 chemotherapies have been carried out however, the latest tests have revealed that she has to go through a surgery.  Ms. Raheela family have been able to get the surgery cost covered by Al-Shifa trust. However, they still have to pay for the 3 remaining Chemotherapy sessions which will cost around 1,95,000 PKR. Furthermore, depending on her condition after the chemotherapy, she might have to go through Target therapy sessions which will cost the family around 21,00,000 PKR. Members/donors of APPEC are humbly requested to contribute graciously toward this cause and help this mother to recover fully.
