Summary
Azhar Mehmood, resident of Muzaffarabad Azad Kashmir is a disabled person. He has taken admission in BS accounting and finance in virtual university. His semester fee is around 12000 and books and CDs expenditure is about 11000 per semester. He also needs a laptop computer (about 35000 PKR) as the exams and practices are online. He can not sit in front of desktop computer. He has applied for reduction in fee but still did not get any answer. If reduced, it will be 7000 per semester but still he has to pay same amount for books.
Please help this poor disabled person to get education and enable him to live independently. All the reports and receipts can be provided on demand.
